What You’ll Do

As a leader in our community, you will:

• Inspire Excellence: Plan, organize, and lead the Nursing Service Department to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
• Build Strong Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor a talented team of nurses and caregivers, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an unrestricted license in the state.
• Armed with a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
• Experienced – with at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings like hospitals or nursing homes.
• Knowledgeable about medical practices, long-term care regulations, and infection control protocols.
• Certified in CPR and ready to lead with a hands-on approach.
