Director of Nursing RN - Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

We are looking for a candidate who is excited about Long Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation. We offer support for a candidate who is ready for the career change to Director of Nursing and support a seasoned candidate with clinical tools such as a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record and Real Time Medical Systems, which helps you monitor and supervise care provided as well as identifying process that require attention.

The leadership team is easy to work with and supportive. The facility offers Certified Nursing Assistant classes consistently to provide CNA staffing. The facility is positioned for growth and enjoys the support of home office staff as needed. Experience in nursing management in a SNF desired. The facility is seeking a "roll up your sleeves" style leader. You do not have to have all the answers but be willing to be part of the solutions while guiding our nursing department. 

You will work closely with the facility Administrator and your Nursing Management team. You will also have home office support available as needed to answer questions and provide guidance.
