- Compensation: $108,000-115,000 Annual Salary

What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Supervise and mentor nursing and behavioral health technician teams to deliver top-tier care.
- Ensure Quality Care: Oversee medical care for clients experiencing intoxication or withdrawal symptoms, working closely with physicians and clinical teams.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure the department meets state regulations, OSHA standards, and all safety protocols.
- Foster Operational Excellence: Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation while implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate Effectively: Act as a liaison between medical, clinical, and support teams, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.
Who We're Looking For:
- Are a Proven Leader: You have experience leading and developing teams, managing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Bring Clinical Expertise: You're skilled in substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment and have experience in detox, residential, or inpatient settings.
- Understand Compliance and Risk Management: You're well-versed in state regulations, OSHA standards, and safety protocols, with a proactive approach to ensuring adherence.
- Communicate with Impact: You excel at building relationships, mediating across disciplines, and collaborating with clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Drive Efficiency: You have a track record of streamlining processes, managing resources effectively, and delivering quality improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in substance use/co-occurring disorder treatment.
- Experience in detox, residential, or inpatient healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
