Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Nursing, you will be at the helm of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care and leadership:

• Leadership & Supervision:
  • Oversee and supervise all nursing staff in the facility.

• Policy & Procedures:
  • Develop, implement, and update nursing policies and procedures.

• Staff Management:

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NY (required).
• 5+ years of experience in long-term care nursing (required).
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role (required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a nursing team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
