Job Details
Director of Nursing - Behavioral Health: Children
In this role, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Directs Center nursing activities to assure the delivery of quality nursing services, in accordance with established nursing procedures, regulatory requirements, Devereux Standards of Care and best practices.
Serves as a nursing expert and guides staff to implement a program focusing on high quality health care services. Provides leadership, training, and ongoing support to nursing staff.
Maintains adequate workforce and staffing levels to ensure compliance to quality of care and ratios.
Establishes and updates nursing policies and procedures; updates existing polices as needed.
Coordinates and collaborates with other departments including medical, admissions, operations, quality management, etc.
Participates in regulatory site visits, investigations and quality management initiatives

- Full-time W2 Role
- Stable national employer, strong support system, forward thinking in clinical practice
- Must be licensed to practice as an RN in the state of PA
- Must have a valid PA Drivers License
- $10k Sign on Bonus Available
