Qualifications:

• Active AZ RN
• 2+ years of experience of clinical leadership experience in an assisted living setting
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of nursing regulations and compliance requirements
