Job Summary: As the Director of Med Surg Oncology, you'll lead our nursing unit, ensuring top-notch patient care and efficient operations. Your role includes:

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations to meet quality, fiscal, and patient satisfaction goals
• Overseeing staff performance and departmental responsibilities
• Acting as a liaison with patients, physicians, and staff
• Promoting teamwork and internal/external customer satisfaction
• Efficient resource management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certifications required
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) qualifications
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant unit; director-level experience preferred
