Job Summary
The Director of Marketing will be instrumental in elevating our company’s brand and service offerings in the market. Responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role collaborates closely with various departments to ensure our services resonate with property managers, owners, and internal team members. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in the Parsippany, NJ office.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the overall marketing strategy to promote our unique range of services effectively.
- Lead a dynamic marketing team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market needs, and competitor strengths/weaknesses in the multiple markets we service and others we are exploring.
- Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the competitive real estate service sector.
- Oversee the design and dissemination of marketing collateral, proposals, and presentation decks ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand and value proposition.
- Collaborate with sales and operation teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve key performance indicators.
- Evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives through data analysis and regular reporting.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of real estate services and digital marketing techniques.
- Build and strengthen relationships with industry influencers, potential clients, and strategic partners.
- Oversee and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic to the company’s websites. Regularly audit the company websites for SEO optimization, user experience, and content relevance, ensuring it remains updated and competitive.
- Oversee website design and functionality to offer a user-friendly experience, ensuring it serves as an effective lead generation tool.
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media promotions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead generation is optimized for quality opportunities across multiple services & verticals (healthcare, CRE, schools, MF, etc.)
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline and track lead management process.
- Manage online client reviews and testimonials, ensuring a positive online reputation.
- Plan, organize and help oversee the company’s participation in trade shows, exhibitions and industry-related events to promote our services and establish market presence.
- Collaborate with local sales representation to coordinate impactful networking events, ensuring they align with brand values and social purpose initiatives, where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a preference for experience in the real estate or property management services sector.
- Excellent conceptual skills and ability to package complex materials.
- Deep analytical skills and a sense of identifying sharp business insights.
- Leadership and complex program management skills, ability to get other team members on-board with recommendations.
- Strong content development, written, and oral presentation skills.
- Well-honed interpersonal skills, empathetic.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools, including but not limited to HubSpot, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.), Canva.
- Proficiency with AI tools (Adobe Generative Fill, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Proficiency with web development, including creation of landing pages, web forms, & oversight of CMS (WordPress & others). Knowledgeable regarding UI/UX & all aspects of web development.
- Proven track record of creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns, both paid and organic.
- Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate, especially as relates to technology and digital marketing tools.
