The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing Operations to drive an enterprise-scale revenue marketing performance framework that will help us achieve our next level of growth.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, your mission will be to:
Create, deploy, and manage a best practices-based marketing tracking, measurement, and reporting system, built on Marketo and Salesforce.
Leverage technology to engage with key audiences, calibrate marketing program performance, and report on measurable growth and scale.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Lead the development and execution of a data-driven marketing operations strategy to drive business growth and efficiency.
Oversee the marketing analytics function, ensuring comprehensive tracking, reporting, and analysis of all marketing activities and their impact on the pipeline.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the marketing pipeline, from lead generation through to deal closure, identifying key performance metrics, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Implement and optimize lead-to-deal analytics to monitor and enhance the customer journey, ensuring maximum conversion rates and sales efficiency.
Develop and maintain robust marketing dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Utilize advanced analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes, leveraging data and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and seamless integration of marketing activities into the sales pipeline.
Manage marketing automation systems and CRM integration, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting across all marketing and sales touchpoints.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and pipeline management, implementing relevant innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee the marketing operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Demonstrated experience we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong emphasis on analytics and pipeline optimization.
Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a high-growth, data-driven organization.
Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
