Job Responsibilities
Strategy, Management & Reporting
- Plan, develop, and implement all internal and external marketing efforts, including branding, digital marketing, PR, events, and collateral.
- Lead the charge on developing strategic marketing plans and budgets, working closely with executives to align goals across all hospitality brands.
- Manage a high-performing marketing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to foster professional growth.
- Analyze marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and ensure continuous improvement.
Branding, Collateral & Advertising
- Maintain hospitality brand standards, ensuring consistent and authentic brand activation across all touchpoints.
- Lead the development of all marketing collateral (flyers, menus, web content, and more) to showcase the unique value of each hospitality property.
- Coordinate media buys and trades and manage targeted advertising campaigns across both print and digital platforms.
- Write and oversee copy for marketing collateral, web content, social media, presentations, and proposals.
Public/Media Relations
- With our PR partners, develop and execute PR strategies that build awareness of our hospitality brands, ensuring consistent media coverage.
- Serve as the main media contact for hospitality-related media inquiries, launching proactive public relations campaigns and managing reactive situations as needed.
- Build relationships with press, influencers, and key publications to expand LV’s brands’ visibility and reach.
- Oversee corporate award submissions and industry recognition opportunities for our brands and their leadership.
Website, Social & Content Marketing
- Lead the strategy, design, and content development for hospitality websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Manage SEO and website traffic analytics to drive engagement and conversions.
- Oversee social media campaigns, creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, web traffic, and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to create blog posts, articles, and multimedia content that align with the company’s content marketing strategy.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials for clarity, style, tone, and consistency with brand standards.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Develop and implement guest loyalty programs that drive repeat visits and foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with property managers and hospitality staff to identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities, such as exclusive experiences, event hosting, and upsell strategies.
- Drive strategic partnerships with local and national brands to increase brand visibility and enhance guest experiences.
- Support business development efforts by developing marketing materials for new initiatives and assisting with pitches and proposals.
Other
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Ability to work late or on weekends may be required.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, Food and beverage, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience leading high-performing marketing teams and managing cross channel campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.).
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation software (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proven ability to establish strong media relationships and secure impactful media coverage.
- Experience with Toast or similar point-of-sale and restaurant management platforms.
Business Skills
- Strategic thinker who can translate high-level goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of brand building, advertising, and public relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience writing compelling marketing copy.
- Web savvy with a solid grasp of content marketing and SEO best practices.
