Position Overview:

Phil Buys Houses Fast LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive Director of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing strategies, with a focus on driving results through innovative and data-driven techniques. This role will manage all aspects of our marketing initiatives, including Google Ads (PPC), Direct Mail Cadence, and KPI tracking. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads (PPC) Management: Develop, optimize, and oversee our Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and reach our target audience effectively.

Direct Mail Strategy: Implement and manage our Direct Mail Cadence, ensuring that stacked data is prioritized for maximum engagement and conversion.

KPI Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and report on all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing. Use data insights to refine and improve marketing strategies continuously.

New Marketing Initiatives: Identify and implement new and innovative marketing tactics to keep our brand at the forefront of the market.

Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and optimize lead generation.

Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Google Ads (PPC), with a history of successful campaign management.

- Experience in direct mail marketing and data prioritization strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
