We are looking for a talented, seasoned Director of Marketing to join our amazing team at Boston Center for Plastic Surgery, the premier cosmetic and plastic surgery practice in the Boston area.  The Director will develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain the brand, attract new patients, and retain established ones. This role requires a strong marketing background with an understanding of the plastic surgery industry or a desire to learn, and the ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.  The Director will work in partnership with key stakeholders including Physician leaders, Providers and the Director of Practice Operations to achieve overall company goals.

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role within plastic surgery and aesthetics industry.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
