Company Overview:
Our client is a full service commercial construction company headquartered in the greater Boston area and covers a large regional footprint in the Northeast. Their services include Tenant Improvements, Design-Build, Commercial Construction and Service & Maintenance across all market sectors.
Position Summary:
Reporting to Ownership, the Marketing Directors mission is to drive all branding and marketing activities, including but not limited to:
- Strategic Campaign Planning:
Devise and execute creative marketing campaigns that showcase excellence in the industry. From concept to implementation, you'll be the driving force behind our brand elevation.
- Brand Management:
Take the reins in maintaining and enhancing our brand identity across various channels. You'll ensure consistency and excellence in company collateral, branding, and our online presence.
- Market Research and Analysis:
Dive deep into market trends and conduct insightful analyses to identify new opportunities. Your keen understanding of the industry will be crucial in steering our marketing strategies towards success.
- Client and Network Partnerships:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Your interpersonal skills will be vital in building and sustaining valuable connections that drive business growth.
- Digital Presence:
Lead the charge in managing our website and social media platforms. Engage our audience with compelling content and keep our online presence fresh, vibrant, and aligned with industry trends.
- Business Development Support:
Collaborate closely with the business development team, providing marketing initiatives that support their efforts. Your creative input will play a pivotal role in attracting new opportunities and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead preparation and execution of the Marketing Business Plan for the company.
- Developing and executing annual marketing content calendar.
- Responsible for managing and updating social media channels, websites, blogs, and internal marketing.
- Develop and execute external communications including presentations, promotional collateral, and marketing materials.
- Develop a competitive survey to determine whether HG competitors compete on price, quality, or differentiation; continuously monitor competition in the market
- Conduct win-loss analyses to understand the how and why regarding wins or loses on project bids across carious project types and sectors
- Solicit customer feedback and reviews and communicate results to Ownership and Ops. Teams
- Develop and execute internal communications including presentations and companywide publications.
- Coordinate public relations efforts, including writing press releases, attending media events, and producing award submittals.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operations on RFP and RFQ response packages.
- Facilitate the overall branding process including ensuring jobsite signage is in line with organizational protocols.
- Budget/Plan/Procure project finished photography.
- Generate and screen leads from marketing campaigns, website activity, and social media interaction.
- Maintain ownership of the company CRM system fordeveloping and implementing customer relationship management strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with internal Management Team, Estimating Department, and Operations during preparation of qualifications, proposals, and presentations, providing key client insight and strategy and ensuring a high quality, complete product.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and evaluation of emerging technologies.
- Be highly visible both with internal and external clients.
- Ensure representation of our company at various local and national industry events, some of which may occur outside traditional business hours.
- Occasional travel as needed throughout the New England Area.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant professional marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of New England commercial construction and real estate markets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in testing, building marketing programs and using data analytics tools for performance measurement.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines under minimal supervision
- Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
