CHG is seeking a strategic leader to join our Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence team. Responsibilities:
- Executive Leadership:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with CHG's marketing objectives.
- Build and cultivate a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration with CHG Core Values driving decision making.
- Partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth.
- Strategic Decision Support:
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualizations that inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives to address critical business challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of marketing performance, driving continuous improvement.
- Data Democratization:
- Develop and implement user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools to empower all stakeholders with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Foster a data-centric culture throughout the organization, ensuring data is seen as a valuable asset and actionable resource.
- Partner with marketing teams to build data literacy and analytical skills.
- Advanced Analytics Expertise:
- Leverage advanced analytics methodologies and tools to extract actionable insights from diverse data sources.
- Develop and implement sophisticated models and frameworks to optimize campaigns, predict customer behavior, and measure marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure robust data infrastructure and access.

- Advanced Analytics Expertise:
- Proficiency in advanced analytics methodologies such as statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Expertise in a variety of data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Python, SQL).
- Deep understanding of data architecture and infrastructure requirements.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- Marketing Acumen:
- Familiarity with key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ability to partner effectively with marketing teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Education and Years of Experience:
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience leading and managing analytics teams preferably in a marketing context.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience developing reporting or other data-driven solutions (Tableau preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $143,400 -- $347,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
