Job Title: Facility Maintenance Director

Job Description: We are seeking a full-time, experienced Facility Maintenance Director with a background in healthcare, preferably in long-term care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facility maintenance operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage maintenance staff and coordinate schedules for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal facility conditions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of facility maintenance experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
