What You’ll Do:

• Personalized upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Direct oversight of housekeeping and laundry
• Budget management and vendor contract handling
• Compliance assurance with health, safety, and building regulations
• Tailored preventative maintenance program development
• Leadership and guidance for maintenance team and contractors
• Proactive inspection and issue resolution
• Efficient management of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
• Implementation of waste management and recycling
• Prompt response to emergency maintenance issues
• Commitment to a safe and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in maintenance/environmental services as a director (healthcare preferred).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety regs.
• Can work around Central Jersey
