The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking to hire for excellent Maintenance Director  to join alongside our team of excellent caregivers!

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations within the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Create and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan
- Train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work performance
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections

Experience:
- Proven experience in mechanical knowledge, facilities management, and maintenance management
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for tracking maintenance activities
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Experience in fabricating or repairing equipment using various tools and techniques
- Knowledge of low voltage systems, such as electrical wiring or security systems
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and industrial maintenance practices
