Director of Lean Manufacturing - Saninc

Overview of Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of engineering experience in machining and metal fabrication; machining experience includes CNC (mills and lathes), creating process improvements: improve operator procedures, optimize fixture design based on ergonomics
• 5+ years of cross-functional leadership experience both operationally and commercially within a heavy manufacturing environment
• 3+ years experience with a metal fabricator, heavily worked in forming, welding, machining, and stamping departments
• Ability to create new production cell layouts, organization, and work instructions to increase through-put efficiency
• Extensive knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
• Proven experience leading a Lean, Root Cause Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping project
• Working knowledge and/or experience with P&L and CapEx projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills
