Job Details
We are seeking a hands on Director of IT to lead our technology strategy and manage our IT operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest technology trends and a proven track record in strategic planning, risk management, and compliance. This role requires a roll-up-the-sleeve leader who can manage our IT infrastructure, systems, and security, ensuring that we are compliant with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Manage our IT operations, including our hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Ensure that our IT systems and infrastructure are secure and compliant with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
- Lead risk management activities to identify and mitigate IT risks.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their technology needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure we are getting the best value and service.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that we are investing in the right areas.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of critical systems and data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- *Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and AWS is required*.
- Must have management experience
- Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, and ITIL are strongly preferred.
