This company is looking for an exceptional IT Director Networking Infrastructure who thrives on the challenges of people leadership, scaling infrastructure, and fostering a culture of collaboration and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience managing networking infrastructure, datacenter, help desk, and DevOps in a fast-growing company with stringent security requirements. They will also have experience building and automating AWS cloud infrastructure.

What you will do:
As a Director of IT Networking Infrastructure, you will oversee all aspects of:
- Develop a Cloud Controls blueprint, roadmap, and data model.
- Oversee day-to-day operations (build, deploy, release)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and delivery in the cloud.
- Support and troubleshoot cloud deployment and environment issues.
- Manage cloud vendor relationships.
- Own the program budget and ensure traceability of the program spend.
- Implement monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Maintain high standards of execution within the team
- Ensures security and privacy standards and practices are enforced on our environment
- The position is 100% hands-on
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Network Administrator in either Linux/Unix
- Sufficient On Prem and Datacenter expertise
- High Volume Server Environment in Linux/Unix
- Exposure to high-traffic environment (multi-gigabit)
- Expert knowledge of troubleshooting tools (i.e tcpdump, netstat, iostat, traceroute)
- Systems administration-level knowledge of HTTP/Apache, DNS/BIND, SSH, SNMP, NFS, Perl and/or Shell, Puppet, Cacti, Nagios, etc.
- Experience with performance tuning, package installation, patch management updates, network and server management issues
- Ability to write Bash, Perl, Python, and/or Ruby scripts for monitoring, regular maintenance, and automation of tasks.
- Extensive hands-on experience with building and managing scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS.
- Solid understanding of standard Internet services and protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP)
- Experience with SaaS backend products
- Solid experience with Cloud Architecture.
- Proficient in Unix/Linux system administration
- Experienced with Git
- Passionate about new technologies

- Process-oriented.
- Self–motivated and driven to succeed, focused on results, and passionate about the job
- BA/BSc in Engineering/Computer Science or similar
Advantages:
