The ideal candidate will have an established network of investors and exceptional skills in capital-raising, relationship management, and strategic communication.
Responsibilities:
- Capital Raising: Leverage your existing investor network to raise capital for real estate investments.
- Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute fundraising strategies tailored to the target audience.
- Presentations and Reporting: Create and deliver presentations and reports to investors, clearly articulating investment opportunities and performance metrics.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated success in raising capital from passive investors for a debt fund.
- Network: Strong, established relationships with real estate-focused investors.
- Skills:

- Education: A finance background is preferred but not required.
