About the Job
The Director of Integrations plays a pivotal role in the growth, success and building of relationships within Smile Partners. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the integration/conversion of newly acquired dental practices into our network. The Director of Integrations will work closely with executive leadership, operations teams, and various stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition that enhances the quality of patient care, maximizes operational efficiency, and aligns with our company's strategic objectives.
In addition, they should be using the core values of the organization to guide them in making decisions.
The Director of Integrations will be a key driver of our company's success and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute integration plans with precision while maintaining a focus on patient care, operational excellence, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a trusting relationship with new partners and their teams.
- Develop and execute the integration strategy for newly acquired dental practices.
- Ensure alignment with the company's growth and operational objectives.
- Plan and oversee the integration process from due diligence through post-acquisition.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Identify, assess and communicate HR/Staffing concerns, pre-close
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement best practices across integrated practices.
- Create a positive work environment and maintain team morale.
- Ensure that integrated practices maintain or enhance clinical quality and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor and enhance the patient experience across integrated practices.
- Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction.
- Ensure that all integrated practices comply with relevant regulations, standards, and requirements.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on integration progress and performance.
- Provide a flexible and ever evolving change management plan, catered to each acquisition.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions in partnership with the operations team.
- Partner with Operations to help drive Revenue Growth, drive EBITDA growth, improve Revenue Cycle performance and the development of team members.
- Promote community involvement and local outreach initiatives for integrated practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in dental service operations, healthcare administration, or related roles.
- Proven experience in leading and managing integration projects.
- Deep knowledge of dental industry regulations and standards.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and relevant technologies.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to travel as needed for integration processes.
