Are you an experienced nurse leader looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of ICU/PCU at our facility in Henderson, NC!

Job Description:

As the Nursing Director for the PCU/ICU department, you'll be the first-line manager designated for this specific nursing area, its patient population, and assigned staff. You'll have 24-hour responsibility for the unit's activity, planning, coordinating, and directing fiscal, personnel, and patient care activities to ensure that standards of care and standards of practice are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered multi-state or North Carolina Nursing License (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred
• Previous supervisory experience in nursing is required

Required Skills:

• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Current clinical competence in the area relevant to the patient population

Nice-to-Haves:

• At least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience
