Seeking Director of Human Resources for this excellent professional opportunity to provide HR leadership, enjoy more than usual autonomy, and be a key player in helping to lead the HR team in delivering results. Healthcare experience preferred.

We are interested in speaking with degreed candidates who bring 5-8+ years of HR leadership experience, along with a business perspective for executing on the human resources areas of responsibility. The successful candidate will bring experience leading an HR team, project management, advanced computer skills with data analytics experience along with foundational knowledge of compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment & employment and management development.

This professional opportunity will allow the selected individual to grow their career, enjoy a realistic quality of work life while playing a key role in moving the Human Resources function to a business partner function within the organization.

Base salary $90-$100k supported by a comprehensive benefits program.
