Seeking Director of Human Resources for this excellent professional opportunity to provide HR leadership, enjoy more than usual autonomy, and be a key player in delivering HR results. Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Seeking candidates with experience supporting the management team with a collaborative and results focus style, while providing HR leadership and direction.

We are interested in speaking with degreed candidates who bring 4-6 years of HR leadership experience, along with a business perspective for executing on the human resources areas of responsibility. The successful candidate will bring technical HR experience, some project management, strong computer skills along with foundational knowledge of compensation & benefits, employee relations, recruitment & employment and management development. Prior experience with a unionized workforce strongly preferred.

Must be able to travel between Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Base salary $125k-$140k supported by a comprehensive benefits program to include medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits and more.
