Your day to day as a Director of Human Resources

- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS), restaurant platforms (POS, Scheduling, and Accounting), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information:
- Travel: Occasional travel to various restaurant locations within California and Nevada is required.
- Work Environment: Position is remote but will require up to 25% weekly travel to restaurant locations, corporate offices and 3rd party outsourced HR company offices.
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or eight to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5 years restaurant human resources experience is required.
