As we expand our footprint into new regions, we are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team. This role will be pivotal in shaping our HR strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring we have the right talent in place to support our ongoing growth.
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with healthcare labor regulations. This leadership position will focus on enhancing employee engagement, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring the development of an effective workforce strategy aligned with the company's goals. The Director will work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational culture, streamline HR operations, and ensure a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies, to support company growth in new and existing territories.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices in compliance with healthcare labor laws and industry regulations, ensuring the company adheres to state and federal requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership to create a workforce plan that aligns with business objectives and facilitates smooth scalability, including the opening of new locations.
- Oversee performance management systems, including employee reviews, goal-setting, and development plans to foster a high-performance culture.
- Cultivate an environment of open communication, addressing employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Drive initiatives for improving employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention, tailoring programs to diverse regional needs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable laws.
- Ensure comprehensive training and development programs are available to employees, focusing on skill development and career progression within the company.
- Lead HR compliance initiatives, conducting audits and ensuring the company meets all labor regulations and workplace safety standards across multiple regions.
- Provide strategic HR insights to senior leadership, contributing to overall business goals through workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a director or senior HR management role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements across the Tri-State area, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.
- Proven success in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for rapid growth, managing recruitment efforts across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement, foster a positive organizational culture, and lead HR transformation initiatives.
- Experience in managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and performance management systems that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making to improve HR processes and outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Compensation:
- $100,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus structure.
