Job Details
We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and experienced Director of HR to join our dynamic team in the digital currency industry. This role is integral to our success, requiring the successful candidate to lead and manage all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's workforce needs.
2. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
3. Foster a positive work environment that supports high employee engagement and satisfaction.
4. Utilize data analysis skills to make informed decisions regarding HR policies and procedures.
5. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
6. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs, and oversee the development and delivery of training programs.
7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Management experience is required, with experience in a high-growth environment.
3. Proven experience in strategic HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.
4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple states.
5. Experience in a high-growth environment. Preferably global growth.
6. HR experience in the Manufacturing, Construction, or Industrial environments will be a plus.
7. Understanding of OSHA, Workers Comp, and Safety Compliance will be a plus.
7. SHRM CP or SHRM SCP is a plus.
