Job Details
We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and experienced Director of HR to join our dynamic team in the Renewable Energy industry. This role is integral to our success, requiring the successful candidate to lead and manage all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and professional development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic HR management, coupled with a deep understanding of the Engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's workforce needs.
2. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
3. Foster a positive work environment that supports high employee engagement and satisfaction.
4. Utilize data analysis skills to make informed decisions regarding HR policies and procedures.
5. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
6. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs, and oversee the development and delivery of training programs.
7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Management experience is required
3. Proven experience in strategic HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.
4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
5. SHRM CP or SHRM SCP is a plus
6. Experienced working in Mid-Large sized organizations
7. Experienced working with remote staff and creating employee engagement strategies for remote staff in particular will be a plus
