4 Sisters is a family-centered, trauma-integrated, innovative Case Management Company and we are expanding to our new location in Dixie, Levy, Gilchrist, and Taylor counties.
Role
Based on the vision of the role within the context of the 4Sisters’ full-service case management model the Director of Hope & Healing will co-create the programmatic development and supervisory framework for frontline Relationship Facilitators and then will manage the execution of this role to achieve compliance, and performance as prescribed in applicable Florida Statute, Florida Administrative Code, and CFOP.
Essential Job Functions
- Using PRINT® and TBRI® co-creates the development and implementation framework of Hope & Healing with a focus on building relationships to positively impact out of home care placement stability, child well-being measures and outcomes, reunification and secondary permanency goals.
- Participates in and supports the organization's research efforts in understanding the impact of 4 Sisters Solutions Model on time to permanency.
- Participates in TBRI® Integration Groups and Reflective Supervision.
- Execution of this role is primarily on-site and requires a non-traditional work schedule of evenings and weekends.
- Develops and/or participates in the development and execution of macro and/or micro processes as a part of oversight and management of Hope & Healings team’s activities, compliance, and performance as prescribed in applicable Florida Statute, Florida Administrative Code, and CFOP.
- Works with the Directors of Permanency Primer© and Case Management in oversight and management of the family case to achieve targets, performance measures and outcomes required of model and contracts.
- Develops and/or participates in the development of macro and/or micro processes as a part of oversight and management of Hope & Healing team’s activities, compliance, and performance.
- Leads hiring process for all members of Hope & Healing team.
- Works with Director of Mission to secure alternative visitation locations to staff offices.
- Maintains a small caseload during development and early implementation phase of Hope & Healing and as needed for a meaningful learning of the frontline role and capacity.
- Using PRINT® and TBRI® provides coaching/supervision to H & H Facilitators in one on one and/or group forums in accordance with agency policy and/or contract.
- Reviews cases in preparation for assignment to H&H Facilitators.
- Participates in organization’s efforts in incorporating COA standards relevant to the role of Permanency Primers.
- Attends and participates in staff development programs, department related conferences and administrative meetings.
- Enter supervision notes into FSFN/note capture system within 48 hours in the required format.

Required Education/Training/Certifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study or a master’s degree in social work (preferred) or a related area of study from an accredited college or university. Related areas of study include bachelor’s or master’s degrees in human services, criminology, juvenile justice, psychology, sociology, counseling, special education, education, human development, child development, family development, marriage and family therapy, and nursing.
- Must pass or receive exemption from if allowable by contract background screening process to include local law enforcement, Level 2 criminal background check, Diana Screen®, have a valid driver’s license, and pass an MVR system background check.
- Certification: Must hold a Child Welfare Certified Professional (CWCP) credential and uphold the FCB Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct.
- Experience: 6 plus years post-CWCP. Must meet performance targets as defined by organization and contracts.
