The Essentials:
- 3+ years of healthcare/pharma programmatic advertising experience.
- Proven track record of dominating campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to transform data into actionable insights.
- Top-notch leadership and talent development skills.
- Persuasive communication to present ideas and build client relationships.
- Deep programmatic platform, tech and best practice knowledge.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations.
- Certifications in major platforms are a huge plus: Adfire, GoogleAd, Meta Ad.
- European market experience is highly desirable.
