About the Job
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with our business goals and target audience
- Marketing Communication: Drive marketing communication efforts to enhance brand awareness and user engagement
- Product Impact: Collaborate with product teams to ensure that growth strategies are integrated into product development and enhancements
- SEO and ASO Activities: Lead SEO and ASO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and app store visibility
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media campaigns to drive viral growth and engage with the gaming community
- Content Creator and Streamer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with content creators and streamers to promote our games and drive user acquisition
- Email Marketing: Leverage our extensive email database to create and execute effective email marketing campaigns
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make informed decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role within the gaming or tech industry
- Strong understanding of SEO, ASO, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
