Director of Global Finance Compliance
Position Summary:
The Director of Global Finance Compliance will lead the company's financial compliance program, ensuring strong internal controls and adherence to regulations. This role collaborates with business units, drives process improvements, manages risk assessments, and oversees control testing. Additionally, the Director will support M&A activities, implement new accounting policies, and explore automation solutions to enhance compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units, auditors, and leadership to design, test, and enhance internal controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive process improvements to strengthen compliance.
• Lead control documentation, testing, and reporting; communicate results and corrective actions.
• Support M&A diligence, integration of internal controls, and accounting policy alignment.
• Implement new accounting policies, reporting processes, and explore automation opportunities.
• Stay updated on regulations and ensure policies reflect current standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, CIA, or CFE preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial auditing, SOX compliance, or related roles; Big Four experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX, and COSO frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-25%).
