Title of Position: Director of Front Office
Responsibilities: The Director of Front Office is responsible for leading the front office team in delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This position will be responsible for fostering a culture of personalized service, addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively, monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction. The Director of Front Office will set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure service excellence. This position will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficiency in reservations, room assignments, and billing accuracy. The Director of Front Office will implement and maintain front office policies, procedures, and service standards in alignment with hotel goals and optimize staffing levels and scheduling to balance service quality with operational costs.
Qualifications:
· The Director of Front Office must have 3+ years experience in managing a front office team and be familiar with company policy and rules
· The Director of Front Office must demonstrate clear and effective communication skills while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
· Director of Front Office must possess the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
· The Director of Front Office must be able to enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
