Director of Food and Beverage - Gecko Hospitality

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in food service management.

 **Responsibilities:** 

- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including kitchen operations, bartending, and food service.

 - Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met. 

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. 

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. 

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that meet customer preferences. 

- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

 **Requirements:** 

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. 

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. 

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service. 

- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams. 

- Proficiency in food service operations, including menu planning and pricing strategies. 

- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. 

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.
