Teradyne has an immediate need for a Director of Finance to join the Semiconductor Test Finance Organization at our corporate offices located in North Reading, MA.
The candidate will be an important leader within the Semiconductor Test Finance, responsible for our revenue, Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Development functions from a finance perspective. You will also integrate effectively within the overall Teradyne financial community and will manage a global staff. You will work with the Vice President of Semiconductor Test Finance and the President of Semiconductor Test along with other functional leads within the Division to execute both our business and financial strategy. + Functional oversight of Revenue, Operations, FP&A and Business Development.
+ Drive our 4 year mid-term planning process including revenue and share assumptions, spend profile and strategic financial model
+ Drive our quarterly revenue, margin, spend and profit forecast and review alignment with senior management
+ Ensure proper compliance with revenue recognition for the division ($2B in annual revenue)
+ Manage FP&A function to provide insight into market trends, competitors, market share and key business indicators to senior management
+ Support business development office in financial evaluations and strategic rationale for acquisitions
+ Support Vice President of Finance in growth and development of the finance team

+ 15+ years accounting or related experience
+ Strong communication and organization skills
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to think independently
+ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
+ Occasional travel as needed, including annual trip to Asia.
+ Bachelors degree preferably in Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred.
