Director of Financial Planning, Reporting & Consolidations

Our company is seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance & Consolidations to join our team. As a global leader in the manufacturing industry, we offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires exceptional financial management skills. The Director of Finance & Consolidations will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting teams at various operating locations of the division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior accounting and financial functions and electronic components experience.

Key Responsibilities of Director of Finance & Consolidations:

• Partner with senior management to achieve and maximize growth and profitability of business unit
• Analyze financial results and explain key findings and variances to senior management
• Coordinate the preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and US GAAP for division financial reporting
• Ensure adequate internal controls over accounting and financial reporting in accordance with SOX guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications of Director of Finance & Consolidations:

• Advanced degree in business, accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 or more years' experience in global fp&a with at least a portion of the years in manufacturing
• Publicly traded company experience
• Multinational consolidation experience
