Director of Finance at Creative Financial Staffing

Our client is looking for a Director of FP&A to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong financial background and leadership skills. As the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis for our client. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the financial planning and analysis process
• Developing and implementing financial strategies
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to the executive team
• Managing a team
• Assist with consolidations
• System implementation
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis and consolidations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• System implementation experience with consolidations software
• Manufacturing industry experience required
