Director of Facilities - Alternatives Inc.

Alternatives, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Director of Facilities in Raritan, NJ.

Responsibilities include: Monitoring work performed by maintenance staff & external contractors, conducting regular site visits of all Agency-owned and affiliated properties, supervision of negotiations for maintenance and repairs contracts (HVAC, landscaping, snow removal) for all properties throughout the agency, supervise Agency Vehicle Fleet, ensure periodic inspections to assure the proper maintenance of these facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree + Seven (7) years' experience in Facilities or any other related field and three (3) year's supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen
• Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening
• Computer skills
• Hands on experience with social media networking sites/platforms
