About the Job
Purpose Statement
The Director of Facilities Maintenance and Operations role is for the purpose/s of supervising, planning, coordinating, implementing, directing and maintaining the maintenance, repair and alteration of district's buildings and grounds; serving as the district representative in planning, developing and remodeling facilities and new construction; and overseeing the district safety plan ensuring facilities are in
compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum of a BS/BA Degree with emphasis on engineering, architecture or public administration. Additional experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of five years of responsible experience in building maintenance, construction and engineering including three years of supervisory experience.
- Fingerprint Clearance
- TB clearance is required upon job offer.
