Director of Environmental Services - Asbury Care Center at The Brooke

Currently seeking a skilled and driven Environmental Services Director to join our leadership team here at Asbury Care Centers at the Brooke!

Housekeeping Supervisor Expectations:

Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks

Oversight and Leadership of staff in your department. Ability to drive and motivate a team environment. 

Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness

Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence for housekeeping/maintenence staff

Respond to customer complaints and special requests

Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves

Requirements:

Work experience as a Housekeeping/Maintenence Supervisor or similar role

Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations

Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products

Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

High school diploma is required, Associates degree prefferred
