Job Title: Director of Engineering

Location: West Chicago, IL

Work Mode: On-site

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Designers, Project Engineers, and Installation Technicians.
• Manage department budgets.
• Design engineering strategies.
• Oversee projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
• Verify project compliance with engineering best practices.
• Hire department engineers.
• Collaborate with company stakeholders.
• Update department policies and procedures.
• Provide account management, solutions, quotes, and project management.
• Travel 10% - 15%.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Management.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership and project management.
• Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for innovation.
