Pillar Media, home to STAR 99.1 NYC/NJ, STAR 93.3 Cincinnati, STAR 101.5, The New Flo 107.1 and KPOF Denver, is looking for a highly motivated digital sales professional to lead our digital efforts across all of Pillar Media. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing individual who has a passion for digital marketing, meeting and exceeding client needs while hitting sales goals, and who understands how to motivate and encourage others.

- Successful record in leading digital sales campaigns.
- A proven track record of digital sales success; meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage projects independently.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while exhibiting superb attention to detail.
- Expert knowledge of all digital marketing methods.0
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Must be at a high level of proficiency and competency in experience and knowledge of operating a computer; understanding how to navigate computer systems, competence in typing, as well as using programs like; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), One Drive, etc.
Responsibilities/Day-to-Day
The primary responsibility as the Director of Digital Sales will be to pave the way for all Pillar Media digital efforts and maximize digital revenue by providing ongoing strategy, product support, and digital education.
- Oversight of all digital sales.
- Be the Pillar Media expert on all things related to digital marketing.
- Maintaining digital sales goals.
- Selling and facilitating team sales of digital campaigns.
- Identifying prospects by presenting their businesses with solutions to help them meet their digital goals.
- Creating, presenting, and reviewing digital proposals.
- Optimizing Pillar Media's existing digital platforms; websites, applications, and SMS.
- Combining digital strategies into traditional radio partnerships.
- Develop and deploy scalable tools and digital solutions to the Local Sales Managers.
- Analyze existing initiatives and conceptualize new programs or pipelines to advance digital sales.
- Assisting in servicing all client needs.
- Acquiring and encouraging new long-term business partnerships while servicing and growing those relationships.
- Provide feedback to the Director of Sales and Local Sales Managers on issues and areas of opportunity.
- Conducting and attending mandatory meetings/trainings as necessary.
- Other tasks essential to maintain and grow successful digital efforts.
