Summary of Essential Job Functions
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Leader to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that drive qualified leads, optimize funnel conversion, and support revenue growth. You will be a hands-on leader, working closely with your direct report(s) to achieve ambitious demand generation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies across digital and offline channels to drive high-quality leads and support pipeline targets.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with sales goals and market opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a small team, consisting of one direct report, fostering growth and ensuring the team's objectives are met.
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization: Develop lead nurturing programs to convert prospects through the funnel, utilizing tactics such as email marketing, webinars, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-departmental teams to align demand generation initiatives across business units and with broader company objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Marketing Automation & CRM Management: Utilize marketing automation tools for campaign execution, lead scoring, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field, with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team, even if small.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies to stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly pivot and adjust strategies as needed.
Position Type
This is a full-time position. Days and hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Occasional evening and weekend work and travel as job duties demand.
Travel
Overnight travel is required for this position. Additionally, in-person attendance is required at quarterly departmental meetings, company events, and the annual corporate retreat (which typically takes place in January each year).
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
- Familiarity with content marketing and SEO best practices.
