The Director of Corporate Integrity is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the corporate Integrity (privacy and compliance) Program, Pharmacy Research, and the Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Reporting to Chief Legal Officer, the Director has direct access to the Board of Trustees and the CEO and acts with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. Qualifications include:

Master’s Degree or Juris Doctorate in law

Experience and knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations; applicable State licensure rules, CMS Conditions of Participation, and Acute Care and Ambulatory Surgery Center Accreditation Agency standards.

Experience and knowledge of survey activity, hospital operations, and reimbursement systems.

Knowledge of the mandatory breach reporting requirements to the Office of Civil Rights.

Atleast 5+ years experience in a healthcare organization or healthcare vertical.
