About the Job
- Financial Consolidations: Lead the consolidation process for multiple entities across various countries on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations, including margin eliminations. Prepare accompanying footnotes for financial statements.
- Month-End Close: Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Equity Compensation and Incentive Plan Administration: Oversee the accounting and financial reporting for equity compensation plans, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accurate reporting.
- Treasury & Restricted Cash: Assist with Treasury operations at the corporate level and ensure accurate calculations for restricted cash.
- Financial Systems: Develop a strong understanding of financial systems such as Blackline, various ERPs, and take on a key role in the implementation of OneStream.
- Technical Accounting: Assist with researching and resolving complex accounting issues ensuring alignment with GAAP.
- Audit Coordination: Act as a key liaison with external auditors during the annual audit process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests.
- Compliance: Ensure the company is in full compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting standards. Lead the development of a global accounting handbook.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA designation required.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) or in a publicly traded company.
- Experience with SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and U.S. GAAP.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical accounting principles.
- Experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of mentoring and developing fellow team members.
- Experience working within a SOX-compliant environment.
- Previous experience with an international company, managing foreign currency transactions and multi-entity consolidations.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
