Job Details
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior level Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in life science construction projects preferred
- Demonstrated experience in project oversight and subcontractor management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
