Design and implement an active and highly compelling strategic framework
Partner with colleagues to create an aligned narrative across all markets, showcasing our global strength
Build and nurture key relationships with influencers, reporters and thought leaders
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute compelling components for omnichannel campaigns to promote customer and prospect engagement
Craft compelling stories showcasing the differentiated value of Earnix’s offerings
Build a robust thought leadership practice comprised of internal and external contributors
Create a data-centric approach to tracking, measuring and reporting impact with a best-in-class mindset
Position Intro:
Join our rapidly expanding team in a leading fintech growth company serving the insurance and banking industries. We’re looking for a talented and entrepreneurial team player to join us in our journey by helping to refine and communicate our customer-centric narrative and aggressively grow our media presence in North America.
As the Director of Communications, you will engage with agencies, outlets, and reporters to proactively convey the success of our customers as well as the revolutionary impact of Earnix’s offerings in creating value for the end consumer. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will build a strategic communication framework of compelling and proactive outreach aligned across the organization, help define our evolving narrative and execute with strong attention to detail. The position will be based in Earnix’s new office in the Greater Boston area.
Requirements:
You’ll do it using:
Expertise in designing and building strategic and impactful communications organizations
Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS communications with strong familiarity of the Fintech and/or Insurtech verticals
Exceptionally strong writing, editing, and speaking skills
Knowledge of the differentiated needs across multiple cultures and regions
Demonstrated experience using current MarTech tools and platforms
Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insight
Strong technical and analytical skills
