Position Summary: Campbell Street Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Clinical Services to oversee the clinical operations across our long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living facilities. This role demands a high level of expertise in clinical management and requires extensive travel within Iowa to ensure the highest quality of care across all our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight: Provide leadership and direction for clinical services across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Staff Leadership: Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Provide ongoing education and training.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage clinical resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facilities adhere to state and federal regulations, including documentation, reporting, and care standards.
• Policy Development: Develop, review, and update clinical policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all facilities.
• Patient Care: Oversee patient care plans and interventions, ensuring they meet individual needs and clinical guidelines.
• Travel: Conduct regular site visits to each facility within Iowa to assess operations, provide support, and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Director of Nursing, with proven experience managing multiple facilities.
• Education: BSN preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
• Licensure: Must hold a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Licensure: Iowa or Compact State RN Licensure required
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively within the state.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living operations.
