Director of Clinical Services. - Doctor’s Choice Home Care & Hospice.

We are seeking a Director of Clinical Services, a Registered Nurse responsible for leading the clinical team in a home health setting. This role involves ensuring provider growth, meeting clinical metrics, and maintaining quality care and documentation. Key responsibilities include efficient resource management, participation in QAPI programs, and occasional patient care field visits.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license and 2-5 years of clinical supervisory experience, preferably in home health.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to travel as needed.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; nursing school graduate required.

Compensation:

• Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, with benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).
